^ Editorial Errors in registration brochure
In some of the earlier registration brochures there are two errors:
1/ The date for the Brisbane Workshop is the 9th and 10th March 2010.
2/ On the registration form, it states that a Up by Roots book is included in the registration fee. This is an editing error in the registration form and this book is not included in the registration fee or as part of the i-Tree workshop.

**Evidence of membership for NZAA, ISAAC, QAA, NAAA, SASA or WATG must be provided to gain the member's discount.

Terms and Conditions of Registration
  1. ENSPEC reserves the right to alter this program without further notice; however the program is intended to run as advertised. ENSPEC reserves the right to cancel one or all workshops due to insufficient numbers – registrants will be notified if this occurs and payment will be refunded in full.
  2. All payments to ENSPEC must be made in full within 14 days of the tax invoice date.
  3. Registrations for ENSPEC workshops must be accompanied with full payment or government purchase order number. Registrants will be liable for payment in the event of non-attendance unless cancellation is made in accordance with cancellation policy
  4. Cancellations must be advised in writing and received at ENSPEC’s office by mail only. All cancellations must be received by 22nd Feb 2010. Refunds will not be Granted if a registrant fails to attend the workshop or cancels after the 22nd Feb 2010. Substitutions may be made at anytime prior to the commencement of the workshop.
  5. A maximum of 40 paying participants per course can attend; registrations that are not in the first 40 will be advised and placed on a standby list.
  6. All payments made using credit or debit cards will attract an additional 3.5% surcharge on the total sale amount.
